We highly recommend considering the purchase of additional valuation if the replacement value of your belongings exceeds $100 per package. You can acquire extra valuation by specifying the desired declared value when entering the item on your online inventory form.
There are some things you should not ship or store with Collegeboxes because we do not insure them against loss or damage:
· Jewelry, coins, cash, and collectables.
· Items of intangible value.
· Extremely fragile items (e.g. mirrors).
· Improperly packed items, including furniture that is not adequately wrapped.
If your items have been damaged, please report the damage promptly and take clear photos of both the damaged item and its packaging. Our support team treats these issues with utmost importance and will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
