Yes, you can store items and later have them shipped to a new address. If you’re planning to transfer to a new location, you can use our storage and shipping service.
Add the items that you will be storing to your account as “storage items”. When you’re ready to have your stored items shipped to your new address, log in to your account. Under the “Delivery” section, click the “Change Location” button, enter your new shipping address and select the date you would like your items shipped. Please note we are only able to ship boxed items and luggage.
This process allows you to store your items with us and then have them shipped to your new address when needed. It’s a convenient way to manage your belongings during a transfer to a new location.
