At Georgetown University, we will pick up your belongings right from your dorm room. You will need to be present or have a proxy available to give us access to your things.
Can I access my belongings while they’re in storage near Georgetown University?
Yes, you can access your belongings during normal business hours, but we require that you let us know at least three business days in advance so we can get your summer storage items prepared for pick up.

Your belongings are stored locally at Olympia Moving and Storage located at 4800 Frolich Avenue, Hyattsville, MD. Located just 5 miles from downtown Washington D.C. This central location is ideal for Georgetown University student storage.
How far is the storage facility from Georgetown University?
Olympia Moving & Storage is approximately 11 miles from the Georgetown University campus. To get there from campus, get on I-66 W from US-29 N/Whitehurst Fwy NW. Get on I-395 N from Independence Ave SW and Maine Ave SW. Take I-695 E and State Hwy 295 to MD-459 in Prince George's County. Take the exit toward New York Ave from MD-201. Continue on MD-459. Drive to Frolich Ln. Olympia Moving and Storage will be on the left. The facility is located behind Napa Auto Parts and the fenced in area containing school buses.
