While our service is primarily tailored for on-campus locations like dormitories and residence halls, we do provide limited off-campus pickup options in various areas, especially if your off-campus location is within two miles from campus (please note that off-campus pick-ups are subject to availability).
To inquire about the possibility of an off-campus pickup, Contact Us. If you require shipping services exclusively, we suggest utilizing our direct shipping service for off-campus pickups.
We can facilitate the shipping of boxed items and luggage only. For larger items like furniture, TVs, bicycles, and more, these items must be picked up from our storage facility. You can easily schedule a pickup date and time, but please provide us with at least 3 business days' notice to arrange it for you. If you no longer require your non-shippable items, we can also assist with the donation process. Simply complete our donation form, and we'll handle the rest.
Certainly, you have the option to retrieve your items from our nearby storage facility. To do so, please schedule a self-pickup appointment with us. Please note that we kindly request a minimum of 3 business days' notice to ensure your items are prepared for pickup. Feel free to get in touch with us to arrange a pickup time.
