How much does storage service cost?
Storage cost can vary depending on factors such as the number of items you need to store, the duration of storage, and any additional services or options you choose.
Storage rates begin at $48 per item for each semester or summer. On average, the cost for summer storage totals approximately $260, which encompasses door-to-door pickup and delivery of your boxes and other belongings. View our complete storage price list for more details.
How much does Ship to School Service cost?
Ship to School cost includes the FedEx shipping cost from your address to our facility and a handling fee.
For a standard domestic shipment, the cost per item usually falls within the range of $40 to $75. Additionally, there is a $25 handling fee per box for each item shipped. This fee covers the services of receiving, up to one month of storage at our local storage facility near your school, and the delivery to your dorm room.
How much does Shipping Service cost?
The shipping cost can fluctuate based on various factors, including the destination, the dimensions, and weight of the items being shipped. On average, a standard domestic shipment typically falls within the range of $30 to $85 per item.
How do I pay?
Upon pickup of your items, the credit card you have added to your account will be automatically charged.
It's essential to make sure the credit card that you have on your account is valid. This will ensure that your payments are on time and avoid any service disruptions or late fees.
When will I be charged?
Payment is processed once your items are collected, and the full payment is required at the time of pickup.
What is the cost for storage for another term / extended storage?
When it comes to the cost of storage for another term or extended storage, our pricing structure is designed to be simple and transparent. We charge on a per-item basis for each academic term. If you choose to store your items for an additional term beyond your initial storage period, the cost remains the same as your current storage term.
For example, if you are currently storing three items for one academic term at $156, and you decide to extend your storage for another term, the cost for the extended term will be the same rate - $156 just as your initial term.
How do I update/change my credit card information?
To access your billing profile, log in to your account and navigate to the 'Profile' tab. Within your profile, locate the 'Billing Profile' section, and click 'Edit' to make updates to your billing information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. Please note that we do not accept cash or checks as forms of payment.
For moving supplies, the payment is processed when the Supply Kit is shipped to you. For shipped items, you will be charged once they are in transit with FedEx. In the case of stored items, charges are applied when they are placed into a storage room.
What is your cancelation policy?
You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your service date and be charged nothing.

Your account has a hold due to an outstanding balance.
To resolve this and remove the hold:
1. Log in to your account using your account credentials.
2. Navigate to the 'Profile' tab within your account dashboard. Look for the 'Billing Profile' section and click 'Edit.'
3. Make any necessary updates or corrections to your billing information.
Once your billing information is updated, we will process your payment. After successful payment processing, the hold on your account will be automatically removed.
