If you have a proxy representing you, please ensure that this information is clearly indicated within your Collegeboxes account.
PLEASE NOTE: For those scheduled under our Direct Shipping or Ship to School services, FedEx will be picking up your packages. Kindly be aware that FedEx DOES NOT provide a prior call before pick-up. If you reside in a private residence, you may leave your packages on your doorstep for FedEx pickup. However, if are in a dorm or apartment building you will need to check with your buildings management to see where you should leave your packages for pick up.
