24/7 Surveillance: U-Haul storage facilities come with security cameras strategically placed in and around the facility, so nothing will get past us!
Alarmed Rooms: On top of our cameras, each storage unit comes with its own individual alarm. These alarms are active 24 hours a day, even for the vacant units.
Limited Electronic Access: When a customer rents a storage unit at U-Haul, they are given a unique access code to enter their unit. This code is used to arm and disarm your alarm, but it also keeps a record of who entered your unit, as well as the time and date your unit was accessed.
Can I Access My Stored Items with Collegeboxes?
Collegeboxes will charge you with the item, rather than the price for a whole unit. While you won’t be given an access code or unit, you can still access your items by giving Collegeboxes a heads up! All we ask is that you give us heads up about 72 hours in advance, so we can assemble everything for you.
