If you’re unable to print your labels and are storing your boxes (not shipping them), you can manually write the necessary information on your boxes or items. Ensure the information is clear and legible, including your Name, Collegeboxes ID, and phone number.
However, if you are shipping your boxes, you must print your FedEx shipping label and affix it to your packages for them to be accepted.
We recommend checking if your college or university provides on-campus printing services, such as in libraries or computer labs, as they might assist with label printing. Alternatively, consider visiting a local print shop or office supply store for label printing services. Many stores offer printing services, and you can provide them with the digital label format (e.g., on a USB drive or emailed to yourself) for printing.
